The South Bohemian Museum and the Sub Utraque Association invite you to their now-traditional event in Trocnov. You can look forward to a spectacular battle, the Trocnov Archaeological Open-Air Museum brought to life, demonstrations of medieval crafts, tastings of period cuisine, live music, a falconry show with birds of prey, archery, a medieval fashion show, workshops, lectures, and discussions. Admission is free!

MEADOW BELOW THE STATUE

10:00 a.m. Gates open
10:00–10:30 Battle rehearsal for commanders and actors (battlefield)
11:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Combat reenactment for performers (show for spectators throughout the Trocnov grounds)
10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Daggers Workshop (for registered participants, tent camp – war chariot)
10:30 AM – 12:00 PM Intimate workshop on loom weaving (for registered participants, tent camp – war chariot)
11:00–11:30 a.m. Concert by the band Elthin (stage)
12:00 PM – 1:00 PM Longsword Tournament (stage and surrounding area)
12:00–12:30 Intimate Lecture: Trends in Military Development (Tent Camp – Combat Vehicle)

Throughout the event, there will be a small period fair and an archery range featuring siege and war machines: Lucistnice.cz (area near the memorial mound)

ARCHAEOLOGICAL OPEN-AIR MUSEUM

10:00 a.m. – 3:45 p.m. The Living Archaeological Open-Air Museum – medieval crafts, a period kitchen with tastings, and other activities (featuring the groups DANAR Historical Crafts, Sub Utraque, the Imperial Regiment, Tempus artificum, and staff from the South Bohemian Museum)
1:30–2:00 p.m. Concert by the band Elthin (Archeoskanzen – Zemanský Dvorec)
